About Us
Rooms
Chalet Isla consists of;
Entrance hallway opening on to a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area.
The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
A large ten-seater table is in the dining room and a TV/DVD and stereo is in the lounge plus seating.

1 double bedded room with en-suite shower room (downstairs) (sleeps 2)

1 3 single bedded room (sleeps 3)
1 single bed + bunk bed room with balcony view (sleeps 3)
All Bed Linen is Provided
There are two separate toilets plus a main bathroom with bath and shower.

Parking for two cars. Other cars can be parked at the Reception area

Situated on the edge of Morillon in the heart of the Giffre Valley
The Chalet is situated within a small, quiet resort with a central reception giving access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym area. Keys are obtained and returned to reception which is staffed at set times of the day.
Fans are in all rooms as it can get hot in the summer months.

Wi Fi is free at reception.
There is a charge for 3 connections within the chalet.
Ski
A free ski bus stops outside the Chalet complex. to take you to Morillon or Samoens; giving you access to the Grand Massif Skiing area, which links the resorts of Flaine, Samoens, Les Carroz and Morrillon.
Cycling & Walking
The area has over 600 km of marked pathways for walking and cycling. In summer many of the ski lifts are open for the use of walkers and cyclists.
With activities such as dog sledding, paragliding, white water rafting and horse riding there is bound to be something that appeals to all members of the family.
Samoens, a 5 km ride away ios the start of the famous "Tour de France" climb of La Joux Plane - described by many as the most difficult climb in Le Tour. There are several classic rides within ride out distance of the Chalet
Relaxing
Lac Bleu, with its sandy beach and swimming area, is a short walk away and is life guarded during the summer months.
Morillon has a number of bars and restaurants to enjoy and the picturesque village of Samoens is only a short car journey away (or an hour’s walk by the river).
